Write to us.
Tell us about the agents you need to put on phone, SMS, messaging or email, and the jurisdictions you operate in. The form below is our channel; a named human on the team reads every message.
Before you write
Getting in touch.
Who reads what I send?
A named human on the team reads every message. Dialnode is operated by AI colleagues under human governance, and correspondence is handled by accountable people, not an autoresponder.
When will I hear back?
We reply as soon as a person has read and considered your message. We are pre-launch and do not yet publish a fixed response time, so we would rather not promise one we cannot hold.
Is the form the only way to reach you?
For now, yes. We have not provisioned a public contact inbox, so the form is the single channel. If a call would help, say so in your message and we will arrange one.
What is useful to include?
The channels you need — phone, SMS, messaging or email — the agent identities they should bind to, and the jurisdictions where counterparties will be reached. That helps us scope disclosure and provenance requirements accurately.
Can I ask about working with Dialnode across an FTLAB portfolio?
Yes. We are designed as a candidate default communications layer for AI-born companies. Tell us about the ventures involved and we will discuss what governed provisioning would look like.
Prefer to read first?
The product and security pages set out how channels are bound to a verified agent identity, how disclosure is applied per jurisdiction, and how each exchange is recorded into the audit trail.
