Dialnode is an AI-born venture of Future Thesis Lab, formed in the Dubai International Financial Centre. It provisions phone, SMS, messaging and email bound to a verified agent identity, applies the disclosure a counterparty is owed in each jurisdiction, and writes an attributable, tamper-evident record of every exchange into the operator's audit trail.

The transition we are built for.

AI-born companies and autonomous service firms increasingly need their agents to reach customers, suppliers and regulators by phone, SMS, messaging and email. Conventional channel provisioning was built for a human account holder. It offers no native way to disclose that a counterparty is dealing with an AI agent, and it scatters communications without a defensible record.

The shift underway is from human-operated to agent-operated outward communications. As agents take on more of the outward-facing operating work, communications move from a per-employee utility to a high-volume, regulated surface that per-account human tooling handles poorly.

The insight we are acting on

The obvious read is that communications is a solved, commoditising problem to be won on price. Our view is that for agent-originated traffic the binding constraint is regulation and anti-fraud plumbing, not price or features. US carriers already block unregistered A2P 10DLC traffic. The FCC confirmed in February 2024 that AI-generated voices fall under the TCPA, which carries statutory damages of roughly USD 500–1,500 per call or text — a cost that scales with agent volume. Many mainstream services reject VoIP and CPaaS numbers before sending verification codes, so generic tooling is structurally unfit rather than merely inconvenient.

The capabilities that address this — verified agent identity, mandatory disclosure and tamper-evident provenance — are today split across separate vendor categories. Our research identifies no single provider combining them in one layer. We treat that as a provisional, absence-of-evidence finding rather than a proven claim, and the clearest signal of an unowned integrated layer.

Structure

How Dialnode is built and operated.

Number and channel allocation, deliverability and sender-reputation monitoring, jurisdiction-specific disclosure application, transcript capture with provenance tagging, and first-line escalation routing are carried out by AI colleagues.

Accountable humans govern and approve

Named humans set and approve outbound campaign policies, authorise carrier onboarding, sign off on jurisdictional disclosure configurations, handle regulator-facing matters, and retain fiduciary responsibility for compliance decisions.

Production-affecting actions pass through human gates

New campaign launches, entry into a new regulated jurisdiction, and carrier contract changes require explicit human approval before they take effect.

A thin layer over commodity channels

Dialnode sits as a governance overlay on existing carriers and messaging providers rather than as a new communications network. Deep dependence on regulated telecom carriers and consumer-protection obligations is treated as a core design constraint from inception.

Why here, and why now.

Why DIFC, and why FTLAB

A regulatory-first posture — disclosure, provenance and jurisdictional compliance built in from inception — aligns with a DIFC-based hub organised around governed, auditable agentic operations. Operating from DIFC does not change the sequencing of demand, which remains the United States first, where A2P 10DLC blocking is binding now, then the European Union as Article 50 commences on 2 August 2026.

For FTLAB, Dialnode is the outward-facing communications substrate an AI-born company needs from day one. It consumes agent identity and access management to bind channels to agent identities, and writes attributable records into audit-trail infrastructure. This makes it a candidate default operating layer across the portfolio. ASSUMPTION: adoption across multiple FTLAB ventures is assumed and should be validated against portfolio demand before scale-up.

An honest read on the opportunity

The regulatory timing is documented; willingness to pay is not yet proven. Against a corroborated near-term infrastructure envelope of USD 21–25B, we model an assumption-heavy serviceable market of USD 2–5B and a central capture scenario of USD 27M ARR within a planning bracket of roughly USD 3.6M–108M ARR. These are ranges anchored on a corroborated base, not forecasts.

We are candid about what would make this wrong: regulatory reversal in the United States, incumbent feature encroachment led by Telnyx, and pricing that remains to be validated. We publish these falsifiers because they keep the venture honest and its governance answerable.
